One-to-one Coaching

We offer one-to-one coaching at Alhamar Fitness Center based in the Golf Capital Costa Del Sol, Spain, or remotely via our training app.

We all want to stand on the tee and know that we have the potential to hit the ball as far as possible. There is no better feeling than walking past your playing partners to your dive.

5 x 5 Method

Here are the questions that we get asked all the time!!

Coaching is too expensive?

Coaching is an investment. Our aim is to give you the tools to help you continue to improve after you finish the training programme. 

People are willing to invest in new clubs, especially drivers, rather than coaching. But did you know that there isn’t much difference between now and 2016/2017 in terms of driver technology? A new driver will not add 15 yards to your drive, working with us will.

What happens if the training programme does not work?

We 100% believe the programme will get you results if both sides of the agreement do the work. Before starting the programme, you must commit to this. If after four weeks of coaching you are not happy, a full refund will be given.

It’s only for low handicappers!

We work with all levels of golfers and have got results from single figures through to players of high handicaps. 

How long does it take?

You get out what you put in! Check out our case study here where Stuart gained club head speed within 8 weeks. Our programmes run from 3-6 months.

How Much Do I Need To Train?

For most players, strength and power training for golf typically takes 2-3 sessions per week. These last under 60 mins. Via our app you will be sent daily mobility drills and strengthening exercises to help with any movement issues. 

Is it all face to face?

We are based in the Costa Del Sol, Spain, and face-to-face sessions allow us to see the improvements of the programme first-hand. However, a large number of our 5 x 5 programmes are delivered remotely, via our app. If this is of interest drop us an email here.

Having been a single figure golfer for over 25 years, I have had the opportunity to play golf with amazing people.
